Subramain is an evaluation manager for the Institute for Clinical and Translational Science (ICTS) at the University of Iowa. He plans, coordinates, and implements strategies for evaluation of quality and outcomes of programs and services administered by the ICTS, as well strategies for assessing the process of ICTS programs in meeting key milestones.
