To request external monitor access for eReg, the following steps must be completed by the study staff:

1. Complete an Access Survey.  ( This survey provides remote access to study monitor to review study documents available in eReg)
2. Monitor - login to Advarra University to complete the required training:
   • Enrolled in "Advarra eReg 1300: Reviewer (Internal or External Monitor) Curriculum" on Advarra University.
3. Monitor - activate their user account after completing training and review study documents remotely:
   • Click the activation link emailed from Advarra within 24 hours and follow instructions sent by the admin team via email

For Remote Epic CareLink access following steps must be completed by the study staff:

1. Provide information necessary by filling the confidentiality form via UIowa CareLink form
2. Email the completed CareLink form to kristy-mahan@uiowa.edu.
