Scholars

The Institute for Clinical and Translational Science (ICTS) sponsors two different scholar programs, K12 Scholars and Translational Science Scholars. The goal of these programs is to support and develop successful clinical and translational research careers and for the scholars to become competitive for NIH K- or R- awards. Candidates for both programs are early career faculty who have a professional doctoral degree.

ICTS provides scholars with individualized curriculum, mentoring, and a multidisciplinary and multicultural cohort. ICTS currently has four slots for K12 scholars that open on a rotating basis. Eligible faculty can apply for acceptance as a Translational Science Scholar at any time.
